Graduating Apprentices, 2026

We’ve reached a major milestone: our 14 apprentices have successfully completed their training and can now proudly hold their diplomas in their hands. In addition to the eleven tradespeople, three business administration trainees from the ERNE Group, who worked in various departments of our company during their training, have also earned their diplomas. With great dedication, perseverance, and commitment, they have achieved remarkable results over the past few years. We offer them our heartfelt congratulations.

We are particularly pleased with the outstanding achievements of our top three graduates:

• Luca Hug | Maurer EFZ | 5.6

• Janick Hauser | Strassenbauer EFZ | 5.3

• Elina Weiss | Kauffrau EFZ | 5.1

A special highlight:
With their impressive final grades, Luca and Janick each achieved top rankings in the canton of Aargau—Luca as the top bricklayer (EFZ) and Janick as the top road builder (EFZ). With a grade of 5.8, Luca also earned the highest score on the practical exam, while Janick, with a grade of 5.7, earned the second-highest score among all construction trades in the canton of Aargau. Elias Stäuble was also honored for his excellent practical work, earning a grade of 5.2. As a training company, we are incredibly proud of these outstanding achievements. Heartfelt congratulations on this magnificent success!

Completing an apprenticeship also marks the start of a new chapter in life. This makes it all the more wonderful that 12 of our graduates will be continuing their professional careers at ERNE. This fills us with great pride and shows just how important it is to us to support our next generation of talent.
