First impressions have been made, and first connections have been forged—16 apprentices began their journey into the working world this week.

Whether on a construction site, in a workshop, or in an office: an exciting journey full of new experiences, challenges, and opportunities is now beginning. What counts isn’t just technical knowledge and skills, but also team spirit, curiosity, and their own ideas.
